Identified -
We have identified that the issues with practice portal access are due to a larger Microsoft service outage which is affecting a large portion of the United States.
Our teams are attempting to work around the Microsoft service outage to restore services to Practice Portal. In the meantime, user will experience intermittent success and failure of Practice Portal loading and may experience slower loading times when it does load.
